Kevin L. Jackson has over 35 years of experience in the education field, with a concentration in Counseling, Administration, Supervi​sion and Adult Learning. His career spans services to those with emotional and behavioral disorders. A graduate of Hiram College, Jackson was the Program Coordinator of Positive Education Program's Midtown Center for Youth in Transition; a program designed specifically to meet the academic and vocational programming needs of a specialized population of adolescent students. He received his Master of Education from Kent State University. Jackson has Principal Licensures from Cleveland State's C.A.S.A.L. program, is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc, and is a veteran of the United States Army Reserves.

Dale B. Martin                                                                                                                                                   Board of Directors

Dale Martin is a retired Chief Electrician for Cleveland Public Power 40 years of experience in the Electrical Field. He was an active member of the IBEW Local 38 while holding several positions working for the city of Cleveland most recently supervisor at Cleveland Public Power. He has a continued vision of building the community's impact on the field of construction both from a community development and increased participants standpoint. Dale Martin is a committed member of the community volunteering with the Olivet Institutional Baptist Church annual College Tour and is very special to the Creative Builders Trades Academy organization. He is a graduate of Benedictine and the Ohio Institute of Technology. Mr. Martin has been on the board since its inception. -Employment Outreach Committee, Search Committee


Tonya Dumas                                                                                                                                                                             Board of Directors

Tonya Dumas is a native of Cleveland, Ohio and brings with her over 25 years of experience as an educator and mental health advocate. She had an extensive career with Positive Education Program working specifically with troubled and troubling adolescents providing both mental health and educational programming. A graduate of Bowling Green University where she received of Bachelor of Arts degree. Ms. Dumas has her Master of Education degree as well as completed the INSPIRED LEADERS PRINCIPAL LICENSURE PROGRAM from Cleveland State University. She is committed to ensuring that all students obtain a culturally and developmentally appropriate education to empower them to achieve their goals. - Curriculum Committee

Harold McNeal                                                                                                                                                                   Board of Directors

Harold McNeal is a Disability Specialist for Centauri Health Solutions of Cleveland, Ohio. McNeal brings with him a breath and depth of knowledge related to the construction field which includes Customer Service, Customer Relations, Project Management, Property Management Operations, Financial/Fiscal Management, Contract Negotiations, Construction Inspections, Construction Safety (OSHA 30 Certification), Construction Print Reading, Construction Scheduling, and Architectural CAD. McNeal is a graduate of Youngstown State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He received his Master of Arts degree in  Procurement/Acquisitions Management from Weber State University.




Mike Wilson

Rejoined the board 2022


Mike Wilson is an educator with 30 years of experience. Mike is dedicated to the education of ‘at-risk-youth and adults. His experience comes from work with institutions as John. F. Kennedy H.S., Beech Brook, Job Corps, Cuyahoga Hills Juvenile Facility and Lutheran Metropolitan Ministries, where he had impact in curriculum and program enhancement. Mike is a graduate of Benedictine H.S. and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He is currently the president of his street club where he is working on quality-of-life improvements for the community and employment for youth.
